JOB DESCRIPTION
Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will focus on growing consideration marketing objective and ensure the success of our customers, including advertisers, agencies/partners, and internal stakeholders. You will lead programs that drive growth of our clients and partners and will represent our diverse product portfolio with the focus on performance campaigns. Additionally, you will develop and drive narratives and Go-To-Market solutions for Agencies and Partners around our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), while identifying product gaps and communicating them to cross-functional teams in order to consolidate and influence product direction.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive product initiatives and achieve goals that deliver meaningful impact to users, advertisers, agencies, partners, and Google’s growth.
- Manage and define the solutions roadmap for the market and partner with Sales teams to enable them to co-achieve in-market growth objectives.
- Manage projects across multiple stakeholders, including leaderships, sales members, product teams, marketing teams, and other partner support teams.
- Engage with customers and partners, including agencies in collaboration with our initial-line teams, to assist in distributing new products and stay attuned to their challenges and needs.
- Provide product updates with local stakeholders to empower them and gather feedback to influence global product roadmaps by providing insights to global product teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in Sales, Business Strategy, Product Planning, Product Specialist, or Marketing.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with customer facing engagements and leading client meetings.
- Understanding of Google's advertising products.
- Ability to create strategic data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional business judgment.
