Responsibilities
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met project planning and project management
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Prepare report and method statement.
- Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognized by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
- Minimum 5 years construction building experience in Singapore local construction.
- Overseeing the progress of the works, liaise with the project team, advising on and assisting in the resolution of problem
- A team player with leadership abilities
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferable
