- Develop and implement HSSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training and awareness programs to employees and contractors
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop preventive measures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSSEQ programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with HSSEQ requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSEQ management, preferably in the logistics industry
- Knowledge of local and international HSSEQ regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
