Job Description
- Act as backup for GPS monitoring and preparation of GPS report
- Act as backup for CCTV monitoring and preparation of input into the CCTV monitoring reports and coordinate between the operations team
- Attend all other various periodic meetings and audit requirements of all oil majors
- Attend and assist ISO preparation and audits
- Attend all incident investigations and coordinate recommendations, suggestions and closure
- Coordinate and prepare monthly closing reports of all oil majors
- Coordinate and manage all safety meetings, toolbox meetings and other various paperwork
- Coordinate and ensure gap closure arising from various audits
- Ensure up to date keeping of all oil majors, operations and management systems
- Plan, organize and support all company’s safety programme, campaigns and events.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduates without experience are welcome to apply as on job training will be provided

Sat 8.30am to 12.30pm
