Responsibilities:
- Managing the HRIS System @ SuccessFactor i.e. prompt update of new / changes of employee’s database with maximum accuracy.
- Administering the part-time/intern recruitment and processes.
- Maintaining personnel files for all employees.
- Assist in payroll processing.
- Conduct orientation for new employee(s) first day.
- General administration and human resources related tasks (e.g. quarterly orientation, employment contracts, set-up new personal files, new hire guides, leave application, overtime and etc).
- Provide guidance training to employee on HRIS system.
- To assist and cooperate with the team on any other tasks that is not listed on the above as and when the team is short-handed.
- Any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource related field.
- Diploma in any other field with HR as one of the subject’s inclusion
- Min 1 to 2 years of working experience as a generalist role in human resources
- Familiar with payroll system
- Microsoft Office skills such as vlookup and pivot table in Excel
