The Team Leader - Membership is responsible to spearhead Damai Membership sales initiatives, driving growth, enhancing overall sales performance and Members experience.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration / Hospitality/ Sports and Wellness or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales
- Proficient in English; strong in both verbal and written
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays and perform shift work
- Able to work on Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel proficiently
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
- Able to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Fitness / Wellness/ Hospitality/ Spa knowledge is a plus
