Job Descriptions:
- Assist Restaurant Manager/Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant.
- Responsible for compliance of all related standards and guidelines, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Ensures preventative maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment is completed in accordance with Company standards, interacting with external vendors as required
- Ensure restaurant is fully staffed up as well as employees are led and developed to achieve the expected work performance and productivity.
- Ensures that restaurant follows the security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers)
- Able to work in both front and back of house as required as a management trainee to be fully familiar with both the restaurant operations, shift and general operations day to day
- Able to attend to customers with a "can do" positive attitude as required as a brand ambassador of the company
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience in Daily Operations & Customer Handling.
- Understanding of and adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to maintain a smooth restaurant operation.
