Sales Executive/Manager - Personal Protection Equipment
SGD 3-5k (depends on experience)
Drive the organization to reach a profitable sales growth within targeted Channel Partners.
Preserve the existing business within key Channel Partners and generating new business.
Create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships, and earn the client's trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish strong strategic partnership with Distributors, leading to the
• Positioning of Winfire Safety Products as first choice for Personal Protective Equipment
• Measure current sales within Channel Partners and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
Responsible for building and implementing join business plan (business potential, contact lists,
• competition, value proposition and action plan).
• Manage getting the right resources to support the Channel plan.
• Lead complex contract negotiation
Key Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of Industrial and outdoor sales experience with a good flair of presentation skills.
• Construction-Oil & Gas, Market knowledge on Safety PPE and Industrial vending
• Excellent customer service and customer relationship building skills
• Must be sales-driven, result-oriented
• Own Vehicle
