Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in promoting and selling our luxury yacht charter services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the maritime industry, a proven track record in sales, and exceptional communication skills. As a Sales Executive for our yacht charter services, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our yacht charter business.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client connections. • Understand clients' preferences, needs, and expectations to tailor yacht charter packages accordingly.
• Actively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities for yacht charters.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Provide clients with detailed information about yacht options, itineraries, and customization possibilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Attend industry events, boat shows, and networking functions to promote our yacht charter services.
• Prepare and present customized proposals to clients based on their preferences and requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and facilitate the contract process.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Work closely with the operations team to coordinate seamless charter experiences for clients.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel or yacht charter industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the yacht charter market and an understanding of maritime terminology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
