Job Description
- Conduct macroeconomic and market research, monitor market trends, prepare regular market and transaction updates as well as benchmarking reports to support investment decisions relating to our asset portfolio
- Responsible for sourcing, monitoring, evaluating, underwriting and modelling overseas and local property investment opportunities
- Support or independently lead the following workstreams: Deal/ tax structuring, bidding, negotiations, due diligence (legal, finance/ tax, technical), financing, deal documentation to drive the deal to closing/ completion.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with consultants, brokers, banks, investment managers and partners in markets of interest
- Work with relevant and cross-funtion teams such as marketing, real estate maangement team to ensure alignment and optimise revenue and expenses to meet financial targets
- Formulate and implement strategic asset management strategies (e.g. asset enhancement initiatives)
- Prepare/ review annual budget and business plan
- Tracking and reporting of key asset performance indicators
- Support/ lead annual asset valuations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate from a reputable university with at least 5 years of experience with a property developer, real estate investment house or investment funds
- Outstanding analytical, quantitative skills with proven proficiency in financial analysis and modelling is essential
- Strong business and financial acumen with track records in asset management
- Experienced in entire investment transaction and asset management processes
- Highly resourceful with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to commecne within short notice
