Responsibilities:
- Offer client services to contract customers.
- Maximize service sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide the Executive and Field Service frequent feedback to raise efficiency of Service Operations.
- Guarantee that the profit margin, service sales objective, and payment collection are achieved.
- Strengthen partnerships with both contractual and non-contractual clients.
- Guarantee service sales forecasts and work pricing are accurate.
- Pursuit quotations to yield high success rate
- Uplift and encourage department employees.
- Promote leads for service sales
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of technical experience of HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside, and Building Services.
- Has a good record of Customer Support
