Responsibilities:
- Drive overall operational activities for assigned outlets including productivity, efficiency, P&L, sales, people, QSC, KPIs.
- Manage and work closely with Restaurant Managers & Operations Team to develop operational strategies while ensuring motivation, commitment, productivity, drive, and pride of the team.
- Analyse past financials & business information, prepare monthly budgets (food, staff, operation costs), and initiate growth plans for the outlets to achieve internal sales & profit objectives.
- Responsible for all service staff by providing motivation & guidance to improve service standards and workflow procedures
- Work with HR Manager to align HR policies & reward system to enhance staff welfare, and involve in recruitment process meet manpower requirements
- Work with top management and cross functional teams to develop systems for most efficient, speedy, quality service which will ensure maximum customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to operations development department on day-to-day operations to ensure company’s integrity in food safety and brand as well as quality and customer service in frontline operations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of Operations Management and Managerial experience in F&B industry
- Able to travel from outlet to outlet and work on off-office hours as and when required
