Responsibilities
Reporting to the Contracts Manager for Construction
- Work closely with respective operations departments to prepare tender documents, and arrange tender briefing.
- Compile and evaluate tender submissions, including price analysis and quality assessment.
- Conduct tender interviews, clarifications, and negotiation of pricing and contractual terms.
- Prepare recommendation paper, ensuring timely approval and award.
- Issue contract agreement to the awarded vendor.
- For changes to the contract - to raise variation for approval and issue variation letter to contractors
- Any other procurement and contract management-related tasks that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or its equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in procurement of building and construction services.
- Possesses analytical skills and can communicate effectively in both written and verbal in English and Chinese.
- Meticulous, able to multi-task and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
