Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities-
* Leader of the technical department to manage design consultant and cross-department coordination.
* Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating technical assignments.
* Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of the organization
* Responsible for acting independently on technical matters about the field. Work at this level usually requires extensive progressive experience.
* Manages the technical department staff including C&S, Architectural, M&E and BIM with assistance of Archi, C&S, M&E Coordination Tean
Requirements-
* At least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
* 5 years of working experience in the construction industry (design) or related field.
