With sales and customer service offices in 8 countries across APAC, they are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their expanding team.
Work location: Central/East
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and coordinate invoices for sales orders and monitorring of delivery orders.
- Provide comprehensive customer service, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and efficiently handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Generate export shipment documents, monitor shipping documents for GST compliance.
- Improvise and provide feedback for work matters.
- Adhere to standard procedures.
- Prioritize safety in task handling, conforming to Health and Safety Act and organizational regulations.
Requirements:
- O levels & above
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience a plus
- Preferably 1 year of experience in customer service-related field
