Responsibilities
- Handle and manage the recruitment which includes sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing process
- Create and maintain job descriptions within the company
- Conducts new employee onboarding and orientation
- Process all work pass applications, issuance, and all related matters
- Liaise with recruitment agencies
- Liaise and arrange work schedules with part-timers
- Prepare recruitment/manpower summary reports and attrition reports
- Arrange and manage thumbprint and collection of all work pass cards
- Assist with bank account applications for new staff
- Arrange medical check-ups for employees when required
- Update employees’ addresses in OFWAS
- Liaise with MOM
- Issue staffs uniform and locker keys for Kitchen & Operation Department
- Record and conduct inventory of stocks for uniform
- Clean, print and insert food tag
- Assist in other HR and admin functions
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- At least 2 years of HR experience in Singapore
- Possesses a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent disciplines
- Experience in using HR systems is an advantage
- Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
- Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Working days: 5 days
