Responsibilities:
• Oversee all engineering teams, projects, and initiatives
• Develop and implement technical strategy in alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with C-level executives to plan and execute business strategies
• Manage department budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Drive innovation and quality in product development
• Establish and enforce engineering processes and quality assurance procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Mentor and develop engineering managers and staff
• Coordinate with other departments like Product, Sales, and Operations for cross-functional projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in managing engineering teams and projects from inception to completion
• Strong understanding of robotics and related technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with budget management
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
