Working Days: 5 days (3 weekdays + 2 weekends)
3 Staggered Shifts: Between 8am-7pm
Working Location: Tampines Mall/ Greenwich V/ Woodleigh Mall/ Rochester Mall/ Forum
Responsibilities:
- Enrol new students through walk–ins, email, calls and marketing campaigns such as open house
- Provide prompt, relevant and accurate information regarding the programmes to the needs of the prospective parent and their child
- Accountable to follow up closely on all sales leads to achieve the sales target
- Attend and advise existing parents regarding matters concerning their child’s programme change, fee collection.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
- Ok to work on both Sat and Sun, off days will be on the weekdays
- Experience with sales and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking parents.
