- Prepare all the cost estimates for Marine/Coastal Tender Projects.
- Review upstream contract terms and identify possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
- Calculate quotations from specialists/sub-contractors, prepare competitive comparison for cost committee prior for negotiation and award contracts.
- Assist in negotiation of contract terms and assessment of contract proposals.
- Draft and issue contracts and agreements (between customers and the company, with Sub-Contractors and Suppliers).
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- At least 8 years of contract management experience in Marine/Coastal Projects.
- Hands-on experience from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage.
