JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to our digital marketing efforts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for website optimization.
- Optimize on-page elements including content, meta tags, headers, and URLs.
- Generate regular reports on website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
- Support the management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads.
- Help create and test ad copy and landing page variations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the development of A/B tests and conversion rate optimization efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and SEM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, and SEM.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO keyword research tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems (CMS) is a bonus.
