- Payroll management:
- responsible for managing the payroll process
- maintaining employee payroll records
- processing payroll on a timely and accurate basis
- ensuring compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations
- coordinating with the finance team
- reviewing and reconciling payroll reports
- addressing any discrepancies or issues.
- Benefits administration:
- responsible for administering employee benefits
- handle health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits
- coordinating with insurance providers
- communicating benefits information to employees
- addressing any questions or concerns related to benefits.
- Recruitment and staffing:
- responsible for managing the recruitment and staffing process
- developing job descriptions
- posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuringproperly trained
- Employee relations:
- responsible for managing employee relations
- addressing employee concerns and grievances
- managing employee discipline and performance
- ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- responsible for developing and implementing employee policies and procedures.
- Training and development:
- responsible for managing employee training and development programs
- identifying training needs, developing training programs, and delivering training sessions

Requirement:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any relevant.
