We currently have a 1 year contract DC Operator (Batch Operation), payroll under employment agency
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift, 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, 7.30pm to 7.30am (2Day, 2 Rest, 2Night)
Salary (inclusive of shift allowance and ph allowance): $2500 - $3000
10 days Annual leave, 14 days Medical Leave & benefits, Group Insurance coverage
Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal
- Batch Job monitoring and execution
- Provide Operation support IRAS DC Operations & eTRS Operation on 24x7 (12hrs shift)
- Perform request fulfilment to register customer request etc Adhoc / Data Recovery SR) @ DC3 & eTRS
- Perform Weekly/Monthly refresh of the System (IPL)
- Prepare monthly DC Access report (RH / PDC / SDC)
- Execution and monitoring of Prod Batch Jobs / Safe envelopes Management
- Manage equipment movement in the Data Centre
- Monitor the wellbeing of the Data Centre
- Perform Incident escalation (Ensure incidents are responded and attended to, else redirect to Ops Mgr based on criticality, impact, and SLA)
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to fix the technical issues on time to provide timely support to customers. Work with Team Lead/Ops Mgr. if required
- Provide Operation support during IRAS annual DR exercise
- Supporting on the withdrawal of Account IDs
- Supporting on the research of Software EOS/EOL
Requirement:
- Singaporean (Need to clear g50 security clearance)
- Able to commit to 12 hours rotating shift
- Keen to go into Data Certer Batch Operation jobscope (Batch Job monitoring and execution)
- Min Nitec in IT
- Must be able to commit for the full 1 year contract
- Willing to learn and punctual for work
- Open to candidates without prior experience in Data Centers, on job training will be provided
