Job Responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative assistance to the Human Resources Department to ensure the timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Participate in the planning and execution of company events, including organizing team-building activities, festival celebrations, and quarterly newsletters.
- Assist the manager in handling HR-related issues and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor and manpower regulations.
- Manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities, addressing clients and subcontractors on administrative matters.
- Offer support for office administration and operations as needed, covering tasks like office maintenance and managing pantry supplies.
- Take responsibility for arranging travel and hotel accommodations.
- Handle HR administrative duties, manage purchase requisitions, and engage in any ad-hoc HR projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
