Responsibilities
A support partner plays a key role in providing administration and procurement support to our leadership team and staff across different Business Units and Division/ Departments in Far East Organization.
Responsibilities As the CBS Support Partner, you will be responsible for providing:
- Calendar Management and Meeting Coordination
- Business Travel Arrangement
- Claims Processing
- Purchase Requisition Processing
- On/off-boarding support for staff
- Attend to walk in guests at the office reception
- Manage day-to-day operation at the office reception
Requirements
- Diploma holder
- Relevant experience in the providing administrative support, schedule management and events planning
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer centric
- Effective time management
- Hands-on, high commitment to meeting deadlines and objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in SAP (MM) is preferred, but not necessary
- Proficient in Asana is preferred, but not necessary
