Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and team-oriented Programme Sales Coordinator (PSC) to facilitate the effective execution of our diverse portfolio of climbing programmes. The PSC will work closely with the Programme Sales Executive (PSE) and part-time Programme Instructors to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes. The PSC will also manage logistical aspects and contribute to the improvement of our programmes.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Scope

• Coordinate and manage the logistical aspects of climbing programmes.

• Serve as the point of contact for Programme Instructors, providing necessary support and guidance for effective programme delivery.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the programmes.

• Regularly report programme-related updates to Line Manager.

• Manage the scheduling of Programme Instructors, ensuring fair and efficient rosteringthat meets the needs of our programmes.

Brief Programme Instructors on programme specifics and conduct trainingsessions as necessary.

• Coordinate the reservation of facilities for programme schedules, resolving any potential scheduling conflicts.

• Handle administrative tasks such as calendar updates, managing programme resources, and enhancing the overall customer experience in cooperation with the PSE.

• Collect and process feedback from clients and instructors to improve the flow, content, and delivery of programmes.

• Follow up with part-time instructor leads from HR, conduct interviews, and ensure the smooth onboarding of these instructors into Climb Central's instructor pool.

• Manage these newly onboarded part-time instructors, ensuring they effectively support the role of the PC.

Secondary Scope

• Assist in managing programme bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

• Conduct regular reviews of programme content and suggest improvements as necessary, working closely with the PSE/PSM and Learning and Development team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• An understanding of customer service principles

• Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not compulsory

• A keen sense of safety-consciousness is highly desirable

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business or Sports Science

• Climbing experience is an added advantage
