Facilities management companies providing diversified services which include maintenance and engineering, technical procurement and support, cleaning and ancillary services across retail, residential and commercial markets.
Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance support, repair and services at various retail outlet island wide
- Hands-on attendance to repairs/complaints on mechanical and electrical, plumbing and sanitary services etc.
Requirements:
- Certificate/ Nitec in Mechanical & Electrical
- At least 1 year experience in Retail Facilities Management and RHVAC, Refrigeration maintenance are added advantages
- Available to work standby duties and overtime when required
- Willing to be flexible in a fast moving working environment
- Must have Class 3 Driving Licensee and must have been driving the last 6 months
- Training will be provided in AC and Refrigeration services
Others:
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm (5 days and 5.5 days’ work week)
- Remuneration Package - $2,500 to $3,000 (Basic) + OT
- Vehicle or travel allowance will be provided
