Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Strategic HR planning and workforce development for the company.
- Provide HR business partnering to department heads on their respective hiring needs.
- Leading annual performance review and annual appraisal exercise for the company.
- Responsible for managing compensation and benefits plans and ensure it is competitive compared to the market practice, by conducting market research and salary benchmarking exercise.
- Identify and implement training needs to improve overall employee performance.
- Ensure company is following the respective local HR regulation and requirements.
- Work closely with management team and provide HR advices with regards to all employee matters.
- Review HR policies and handbooks and improvise current HR procedures or systems.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 8 – 10 years of HR Generalist experience, with managerial/ supervisory experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
