Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)
· Produce complete control solution and Electrical design base on customer specification and
Sys-Mac standardized practice
· Integrate and interface of third-party equipment’s into electrical design.
Example barcode scanner, Robot controllers, motion controller, vision system etc
Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)
· Execute of circuit design according to international electrical standard
· Prepare circuit diagram for wiring execution
· Prepare Bill of Material (BOM), I/O List
· Initiate Purchase Request (PR) on order of electrical components to be used for the project
· Liaise with the Supplier, Customer, Design and Project Engineer for the electrical design and wiring execution of the project.
· Provide thorough testing of machine functionality to verify electrical wiring and safety completeness.
· Work with other members of the control department to continuously improve method of integrated control technology
· Prepare of Machine Operation Manual for the project.
· Execute Engineering Change Notice (ECN) for change of electrical design
· Maintain proper project documentation.
· Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures
· Support in FAT / SAT tasks
Job Requirements
· Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Automation Control or equivalent
· Min 3 years relevant experience in Automation project.
· Ability to design electrical circuit, perform electrical calculation
· Knowledge of Solidwork CAD will be an added advantage
· Experience in hand on wiring skill on panel or machine
· Knowledge of AutoCAD software will be an added advantage
· Able to perform assigned tasks independently or through team activities
· Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized.
· Willing to travel overseas for assignments at short notice.
· Good interpersonal communication skills.
