Tasks
- Lead and coordinate major strategic, cross-functional market development projects within Porsche Asia Pacific’s core business of vehicle sales and after sales from stakeholder management through to operational execution
- Manage the agency accounts, budgets and deliverables for all Porsche business projects and processes and identify, adapt and establish optimisation processes within the regional dealer network
- Support and further develop local assembly in consideration of the regional network, growth and business potentials
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration at Porsche Asia Pacific and in connection with headquarters, and support internal change management enabling a seamless strategy implementation
- Identify, prioritise, adapt and establish optimisation processes, best practices and cross-functional synergies at Porsche Asia Pacific and in connection with headquarters as well as other subsidiaries
- University degree in business administration or relevant other degree
- Minimum 5 years working experience in business development, sales and marketing, consulting or related business area
- Previous working experience with premium automotive on OEM, wholesale and/or retail level
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Well established project management and reporting skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
