Main responsibilities are to handle post-trade life cycle controls in global/regional markets including trade allocation, booking, settlement, funding, reconciliation, and client management.
Responsibilities:
· Review and update department process Work / Fund flows / Processes and Procedures
· Perform regular MIS reporting to Management and Regulatory
· Involvement in initiatives to streamline / automate processes to achieve more direct / efficient processing.
· Support various stakeholders on daily financial transactions and payment processing.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent
· Open to fresh graduate
· Able to work well independently or within a team.
· At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations or support functions would be advantageous.
· Strong understanding of control and risk frameworks within banking operations
· Experience in the Asian market is an advantage.
