- Manage, organize and maintain documents and records using an efficient filing system.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Manager.
- Assist Engineers with compiling and submitting project-related documents.
- Schedule and attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute them.
Requirements:
- Minimum “O” Level or above.
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in LTA Project.
