Project Admin (Construction)

  • Manage, organize and maintain documents and records using an efficient filing system.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Project Manager.
  • Assist Engineers with compiling and submitting project-related documents.
  • Schedule and attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Level or above.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in LTA Project.
