They are looking for a “Senior Business Development Manager” who will play a key role in shaping the organizational growth plans by integrating sales and business development efforts with a comprehensive marketing strategy.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior VP , your responsibilities will includes
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy solutions sector including thermal power plants in Singapore
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure within SEA and North Asia
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and potential areas for expansion.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy, focusing on revenue growth and market penetration.
- Work closely with the leadership team to identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and investment opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations for product/service enhancements based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
- Assist in the development of annual business plans and budgets.
Skills and experience required
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and marketing strategy with background working with power plants”s developers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
