- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and manage a team of shop staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve performance targets.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to optimize store profitability.

- Implement loss prevention measures and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and the central warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, financial statements, and operational data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
