- Manage the tendering process, including measurement, sourcing quotations, and quantity take-offs.
- Analyze and comprehend tender submission requirements.
- Procure necessary materials and vendors, oversee interim progress claims, subcontractors' progress claims, and variation orders.
- Oversee projects from contract award to completion, handling final accounts.
- Participate in Site Meetings, taking responsibility for all client requests and feedback.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
