Job description
Handling corporate secretarial duties for our clients, which include but not limited to:
- Preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions (e.g. change of directors/secretaries/auditors, AGM/EGM, Annual Return, open/close of bank accounts, bank signatories etc)
- Compliance work with regards to company incorporation, strike off, share issuance, transfers, changes in company name, business activities, Constitution, etc.
- Perform customer due diligence checks
- Liaising with clients, auditors, and ACRA on corporate secretarial matters
- Maintenance and update statutory records and registers, minutes books, submission of statutory returns to ACRA
- Prepare and submit XBRL to ACRA
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Business, or relevant qualification from SAICSA.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Candidates with relevant corporate secretarial experience will have an advantage.
- Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin to manage Chinese speaking clients.
