Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and achieving company sales targets through conducting consultations, interview sessions.
The Executive, Student Enrolment will manage Events, CRM, Email, Incoming call, walking, local/overseas leads, agents and update following department SOP, and uphold the highest level of customer service.
The Executive, Student Enrolment will work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters and collaborate with the Marketing Department on marketing strategies and initiatives.
The role reports to the Assistant Director for all SHATEC Student Recruitment & Enrolment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform follow-up of sales leads and take proactive actions to close sales.
- Drive and achieve company sales targets.
- Conduct consultations and Students interviews
- Collate relevant information to be included in sales proposals and reports. Manage CRM system leads, prepare reports, update following department SOP.
- Uphold the highest level of customer service.
- Work with inter-departments on administrative and enrolment matters
- Good in written and oral communication skills and able to maintain rapport with potential and existing agents and potential students, and close sales leads.
- Report to Assistant Director Student Recruitment & Enrolment.

- To ensure adherence of operational processes in work areas to compliance requirements stipulated by CPE EduTrust
- To support all related school events
- Any other tasks and duties assigned by his/her supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in any related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
