Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet AdministratorHandle global timesheet enquires
Manage and modify cost centre
Assist on level one support on timesheet applications
Manage month-end timesheet reports
Record MaintenanceMaintain current HR files and gather employee legal document, P. File management
Maintain human resources database by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications
Perform file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Organise staff French class training sessions and activities
To succeed in this Personnel Administration Officer (12 months contract) role, you will need to be a keen learner who is also meticulous in your work.
Key Requirements:
- Keen sense of ethics, particularly when it comes to confidential information
- Teamwork mindset
- Meticulous, attentive to detail
- Proficient in MS Office; good knowledge of Excel is a plus
