SALES EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for driving business growth through relationship-building and strategic outreach.

A Sales Executive plays a key role in the success of an organization by establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding customer needs, and selling products or services that will meet those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and achieve sales targets
  • Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted sectors
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's products/services
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customers' needs and market trends
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner

Requirements and skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel as required
