Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales and achieve sales targets
- Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in targeted sectors
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute targeted sales campaigns
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to the management team
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company's products/services
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding customers' needs and market trends
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner
