Key Responsibility
- Prospect and generate new leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Regularly conduct seminars, product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers and prospects
- Develop sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Meet or exceed weekly sales activities targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of sales success in the industrial weighing industry, with a focus on cross-selling and building long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong desire and motivation to excel in the assigned market segment and proactively explore avenues for growth
