Opportunity


We are looking for a media lead, to focus specifically on Southeast Asia and India markets, within our Asia IAT Structure that will be able to lead the successful delivery across the following key areas:


Media Planning & Strategy


· Accountable for all briefs coming into Southeast Asia and India and collaborating with the rest of the IAT Asia team to understand context and requirements, i.e., a broad tactical campaign, vs. an integrated brief that may require consultation across different specialist stakeholder groups.

· Provide strategic input and direction on media briefs.


· Have experience and knowledge across the Pharma or consumer healthcare landscape and specifically be able to direct both HCP & Consumer campaign strategy and planning.


· Accountable for the Planning Delivery & Management of the Asia Hub that feeds into our Central Digital Hub.


Driving Growth


· Identify strategic opportunities that achieve business or customer objectives, and support connectivity across paid/earned/owned strategies.


Media Operations


· Partner with media planning and buying teams to deliver on media strategies.


A fundamentally important requirement of this role will be an understanding of Pharma or consumer healthcare lands, with specific experience across both the consumer and HCP.


Key Responsibilities


· Lead, define and deliver the regional strategic and tactical media (in particular, digital) planning process within Southeast Asia and India.


· As the Planning Lead, own the end-the-end planning and delivery of campaign plans for 9 markets across Southeast Asia and India, with the support of a Planning Manager.


· Understand brand strategy and recommend paid strategies to support their objectives.


· Develop effective and efficient planning strategies across digital channels and campaigns to drive brand, digital and business results, leveraging established global tools and frameworks.


· Collaborate with internal teams to develop best-in-class digital campaigns and innovation.


· Establish strong partnerships with key local and regional HCP and consumer media owners.


· Collaborate with internal teams to improve media effectiveness through test-learn-optimise programmes.


· Ensure best-in-class audience targeting and data relevance, deployed at a campaign activation level.


· Analyse historical campaigns to integrate insights into future campaigns.


Skills & Experience


· Minimum 12 years of media planning experience.


· Knowledgeable in all media channels, particularly digital channels and HCP media.


· Ability to tell compelling stories through data and gain buy-in across a wide variety of stakeholders.


· A strategic and big-picture thinker, grounded in digital, analytics and optimization, able to uncover strategic

insights that can help create, shape, and transform overall client strategic direction.


· Able to multi-task and prioritize, with exceptional organizational skills, even when under pressure.


· Able to identify and disseminate problems – natural tendency to define a solution orientated approach.


· Positive and well-informed, able to think quickly on your feet, not afraid to speak up and can defend their point of view with diplomacy.


· Strong analytical skills and able to understand and interpret data; to identify trends, opportunities and make strategic arguments.


· Demonstrated ability to work within a regional, multi-disciplinary team structure.
