We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Group Enterprise Architect to drive the Enterprise Architecture and Change Management Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level technology solutions, as well as steering the Group Technology Masterplan strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap for IT and OT environments.
2. Direct and oversee the Change Management Office to align IT and OT projects and initiatives with the strategic goals
3. Develop, maintain, and drive the Group Technology Masterplan strategy (5-year plan), ensuring alignment with overall business objectives for both IT and OT initiatives.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT, OT, business leaders, and external vendors, to identify technology solutions that drive business value.
5. Facilitate technology decision-making processes across IT and OT, ensuring investments support and drive the agreed-upon enterprise architecture.
6. Analyse and identify gaps in existing IT and OT architecture and propose improvements.
7. Evaluate emerging IT and OT technologies and methodologies to maintain competitiveness and relevance.
8. Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks in both IT and OT environments.
9. Analyse existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, including but not limited to performance, scalability, reliability, security, and compliance.
10. Mentor and develop IT and OT team members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement
11. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional IT and OT teams to ensure integrated solutions are developed and implemented.
12. Manage the Project Portfolio for IT and OT, aligning projects with organisational objectives and ensuring optimal return on investment.
13. Oversee the portfolio's governance and prioritization of IT and OT projects, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
14. Monitor the health and performance metrics of the IT and OT project portfolio, making adjustments as needed to meet strategic goals.
15. Serve as an enterprise architecture subject matter expert in both IT and OT realms, both internally and externally.
16. Prepare and present architecture proposals and reports related to IT and OT to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
2. 5 -7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, system analysis or related field and in IT, OT-related role
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Familiarity with enterprise-level technology solutions such as ERP, CRM, and cloud technologies.
6. Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
7. Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
8. Proficient in ArchiMate, BPMN modelling language
9. Proficiency in using enterprise architecture tools such as Alphabet or ARIS.
