-Develop mechanical and/or electrical engineering designs based on project requirements, from conceptual to schematic and detailed designs.
-Responsible for designing mechanical and electrical systems.
-Conduct project assessments and is able to provide feasible and creative solutions based on the assessment results.
-Participate in the tendering process and assist with the projects' costs and budgets.
-Plan the team's manpower and provide on-the-job coaching to junior staff.

-Has a keen interest to incorporate new technologies into engineering design projects.
-Excellent knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical engineering fields
