Assistant Marketing Manager

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the company in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The Assistant Marketing Manager is also responsible for working with executives to determine budgets and targets, and be able to manage the company’s vendors in relation to marketing. As market trends are constantly changing, the Assistant Marketing Manager must be continuously updated on current market conditions.


Key Responsibilities

· Conceptualize and execute 360 marketing and branding strategies to drive clientele growth.

· Work with management to develop engagement campaigns.

· Analyse market trends and preparing forecasts.

· Manage company’s marketing vendors.

· Manage and maintain freshness of all digital and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.

· Develop relevant content for marketing campaigns and promotional material e.g. advertising, SEM, SEO, articles, photos, videos.

· Build relationships with PR agencies, local media, influencers.

· Sales support with collaterals and communications.

· Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.


Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, or related fields

· 3+ years of relevant experience

· Proficient in English (written and spoken) for effective copywriting

· Photoshop / video editing expertise

· High understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels

· Well versed with multiple social media platforms and website management

· Strong presentation and analytical skills

· Results driven, creative, and energetic

· Knowledge in Google analytics, SEO and SEM

· Knowledge in the built-environment / building materials / interior design / architecture sector (preferred)

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
