1) Responsible for all warehouse operation including stock control, stock movement and stock security
2) Pick, pack, load and unload shipments
3) Receive, issue and stock take materials / inventory
4) Ensure optimal utilization of warehouse space
5) Review method of material handling to increase overall productivity
6) Assist in the running of daily functions, preparation of GRN, SDD reports, inventory updating and maintenance schedule
6) Supervise warehouse assistant
7) HITEC or NITEC in warehouse management
8) Minimum 3 years experience in related field
9) Experience in warehouse management system advantage
10) Computer literate including Outlook, Works & Excel
11) Able to communicate with people of all levels
12) Resourceful, organized and meticulous
13) Valid forklift licence and class 3 licence will be an advantage
