· Reporting to Operations Manager and assist in all general admin needs within operations
· Data entry to software and MS office applications; Generate report of balance & sales
· Keeping track of incoming and outgoing inventory/ stock
· Keep track of purchase and quotation
· Responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents - numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by operations function
· Manage the processes around documentation within operations function and aligning to overall organization’s document control structure
· Maintain confidentiality around sensitive documentation
· Prepare ad-hoc reports when required
· Keep daily logs of visitors generated from the visitor management software (VMS)
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any field, with relevant experience of no less than 5 years in operations administrative support function in a Manufacturing or Production environment
· Proficient in MS office especially MS Excel (advanced, pivot tables) and outlook.
· Familiar or worked in companies with international quality standards certifications (eg. ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO4500) would be an advantage
· Attention to details, sensitivity to numbers given the nature of role, organized
· Good communication skills (written & verbal), with pleasant disposition and ability to multi-task
· Office: Boon Lay/Pioneer | Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
