Job Description
- Develop and execute creative concepts and designs for various marketing and promotional materials, including digital assets (e-brochures, image assets, email newsletters, online advertisements), print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, product packaging, showroom collaterals, event materials), and branding materials (logos, business cards, letterheads).
- Manage the entire design process, from research and ideation to conceptualization, final artwork, and production, including collaborating with external vendors for material sourcing and procurement.
- Review and approve final designs before production to ensure the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility for the team.
- Write copy for various marketing channels, including brochures, press releases, and website materials.
- Ensure adherence to the company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency with the established visual identity.
- Ensure showroom and customer touch points align with brand standards and guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficient in the latest creative software such as Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Experience in ATL/BTL promotional/tactical design work and good knowledge in print production & colour management skills.
- Having basic product shooting and videography skills is a plus.
- A practical, go-getting problem solver who can co-ordinate and manage projects across departments, including setting timelines, briefs, and scheduling.
- Strong team player who is efficient and meticulous in working independently with minimum supervision.
