Job Descriptions:
- Monitor quality of extrusion fabrication outputs and safety of extrusion operations
- Trains and reinforces employees on machine operation, safety and company policies
- Inspect fabrication outputs to check for inconsistencies and deviations from established quality standards
- Maintains fabrication work flow, processes and machineries
- Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines
- Ensures that production is being accomplished as per production schedule and specifications
- Monitor team and work procedures to meet production schedules
- Provide direction of projects tasks and hold all team members accountable for safety, quality and production
- Conduct daily briefing with crew to review production goals and performance feedback
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a production engineer in construction or manufacturing environment
- In-depth knowledge of extrusion procedures, equipment and WSH guidelines
- Able to read and interpret construction blueprints and shop drawings.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Able to use a variety of material handling and fabrication equipment.
