Job Overview
The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for assuming a leadership role within the F&B sector. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of F&B operations, including but not limited to, culinary, service, customer relations, and managerial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training and Development:
· Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of F&B operations.
· Work closely with different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each role.
2. Culinary Exposure:
· Assist in kitchen operations to gain insights into food preparation, menu planning, and quality control.
· Learn about food safety, hygiene, and adherence to regulatory standards.
3. Service Operations:
· Work in various front-of-house positions to understand service standards and customer interactions.
· Assist in managing reservations, handling customer feedback, and maintaining a positive dining experience.
4. Inventory Management:
· Gain exposure to inventory control, ordering processes, and stock rotation.
· Assist in maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
5. Financial Management:
· Learn about budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting within an F&B setting.
· Gain insights into pricing strategies and revenue management.
6. Team Leadership:
· Collaborate with team members and department heads to understand team dynamics.
· Assist in overseeing staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
