Responsibilities:
- Manages the warehouse and shipping & receiving functions.
- Maintains the accuracy of information in the Oracle Process module as well as the accuracy of the physical inventory.
- Sets the minimum/maximum in the Oracle system, including maximizing the inventory turnovers to prevent expiration of raw materials.
- Collaborate with key internal functions such as Operations Team, Business Support Team to provide excellence in supply chain visibility, responsiveness, cost effectiveness and on-time-in-full delivery to key stakeholders.
- Strategically planning and managing logistics, warehouse operations, transportation and customer services
- Responsible for the overall logistics of the facility including but not limited to inventory control, packaging, shipping and receiving – manage daily activity in these areas and work closely with Senior Logistics Administrator in the warehouse.
- To assist warehouse activities as and when required when incoming/outgoing shipment volume is high.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a logistic/warehousing roDiploma in related field of study such as Supply Chain or Logistics Management preferred.
- Oracle System knowledge preferable & Intermediate excel skills preferable.
- Capable of working independently, self-motivator with and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer knowledge Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Words
- Ability to work irregular hours and under pressure when required.
