Your ‘day to day’
Manage and influence retail business owners / key decision makers within outlets of a defined territory to grow PMI volume and market share, through establishing and maintaining a high degree of rapport, maximizing retail leverage, representing the company in a positive and professional way, focusing on teamwork and displaying a high degree of work ethic.
• Contribute to the development of Area sales strategies through developing and proposing Territory sales plans.
• Achieve area pricing competitiveness - Use price reporting and management tool to analyze pricing competitive landscape and manage pricing competitiveness performance within the area.
• Achieve assigned trade program targets/cycle objectives within area.
• Achieve high adoption rates of digital trade platform within targeted channels in accordance to market touchpoint strategy.
• Coach and educate retailers on overall site navigation enhancements and new tools introduced to improve user experience.
• Monitor, gather and provide quality data and insights on store, consumer and competitor dynamics.
• Establish and maintain high levels of rapport with business owners and key decision makers, effectively communicating PMI's initiatives and getting the retailers’ support.
• Uphold corporate integrity and values while ensuring all activities are in line with PM policies and procedures, including Sales Force operating guidelines, local and federal laws and International Marketing Code.
Who we’re looking for
• Diploma, bachelor degree or equivalent in any field
• 4+ years working experience in an FMCG company, focusing on sales, merchandising and retailer engagement
• Proficient in English and Chinese, dialects such as Cantonese or Hakka an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Class 3 Driving License
• Motivated, driven and result-oriented individual with growth mindset
